- Return Policy
If you notice that the LadySystem® product you bought is defective, you should contact our Medical Information Service. They will record your complaint and explain the procedure to be followed to return your LadySystem® set if the complaint is justified.

- LadySystem® Limited Warranty Policy
The warranty covers a one (1) year period following the date of purchase by customer. Only your invoice or sales receipt confirms the date of purchase. The complete LadySystem® set and the sales receipt must be included with the returned product. If deemed justified because of a manufacturing defect, Duchesnay will replace the defective product with a new LadySystem® set. A maximum of two (2) replacements will be allowed within the year following the initial purchase.
Duchesnay Inc. cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the LadySystem® product. It is important to thoroughly follow the instructions for use shown in the Consumer Information Leaflet included in the LadySystem® package. You can also access to them and to a video presentation on our web site www.ladysystem.ca. This policy applies only to the LadySystem® product bought in Canada through a Duchesnay’s authorized distributor.
- Can I return or exchange LadySystem®?
Due to the nature of the product, we can only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In the circumstance where you consider a product is defective, you should promptly follow our Return Policy. Following the received instructions, you will be prompted to send the defective product back. NOTE THAT ONLY RETURNS THAT HAVE RECEIVED AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE ACCEPTED.
NOTE: THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product under the condition that the products associated with the return and shipped back by you are received by LadySystem.ca in the same condition as when they were shipped and received by you.
